DC-IN Board Removal
Before proceeding, you must first remove:
Battery
Keyboard
Bottom Case
Top Case
Top Shield
Bottom Shield
Note: You need to remove the optical
drive before continuing with this step.
See the step above.
Turn the unit over, and remove the
Philips head screw holding the DC
Board in place.
Turn the unit back over, and remove
the DC board cable from its connector
as show. (It is the multi colored wire
that was previously taped to the
CD/DVD drive.)
The cable will now be free to be
removed and replaced.
