7 Select both folders by clicking on one and hold down Shift and selecting the other (Figure 27).

8 When both folders are highlighted click and drag them over the symbol that represents your external

hard drive/storage device.

9 You should see a plus symbol, which lets you know that it is alright to add these les to your drive.

10 Allow the computer enough time to save the folders and then you are able to eject your desk and

work on your project at a later time.
