Notice shape of 5

retrieval tool. When

inserting retrieval tool,

make sure curved end

of tool is down, as

shown.

The small hole on 6

end of retrieval tool

will hook onto pin on

recessed mechanism.

Hold access card so 7

latch is pushed as far

as possible.

Align retrieval 8

tool over pin on

mechanism.

Have an assistant hold 9

unit down rmly as

you simultaneously

push latch away

and pull mechanism

towards you.

Note: There is a lot of

tension on mechanism

and it will take a lot of

force to pull it up.
